Single Family homes price at $100 per foot or less are selling as soon as they appear on the market, Less week I was contact by a developer about such a home and with in 2 days that home was sold. Standing inventory for new SFR is at a very low level and this has increased the sales for resale in the area. St Augustine Florida is one of the best markets to call the first city your next city.
